Burn, baby, burn
It’s 4:30 in the morning. When do I ever see this hour? Never, that’s when. Remember how I said Amy came home with a fever and a stomachache a few days ago? You may have forgotten because I brushed it off, eager to get to the punchline and continue my whining about other, more important (says I) matters. Both the girls are sick and have been for two days now. Amy’s still got the fever and she’s been coughing so much her eyes are bloodshot and her sides hurt. Mia also has a fever and as an extra bonus, she throws up whenever she gets anything in her stomach. Water…medicine…crackers…doesn’t matter, up it comes. So we haven’t slept much around here lately, especially because when they’re sick, they both want to sleep in my bed, by me. Have you ever had two big balls of liquid fire trying to snuggle with you? That’s what it’s like, I think the hair on my arms is singed.

Yuck.
We’ve been sick too. Sick, sick, sick. I’d say that we got it from you, but you can’t catch a virus via a blog, can you?
