The weekend - now in handy bullet points!
- We decorated for Halloween. - Dan sold his car; the money will go to the lawyers. - Adam tried bananas and liked them. - I found a movie I’d borrowed from my neighbor several weeks ago that somehow got mixed in with our movies. It’s sitting by the door so I’ll remember to take it over when they’re home and the theme song gets stuck in my head every time I see it. - Dan worked on Saturday even though he was supposed to have the day off. - It rained. - I nursed the boy approximately 11 million times and changed 800 diapers. - We made angel food cake. Hint: sprinkle cornmeal in the bottom of the pan so the cake won’t stick. - The neighbor’s dogs were barking at 11:30 last night. - I started working on Halloween costumes. - The girls learned how to send text messages on my cell phone. - Dan and I learned that the girls will read the text messages on my cell phone so we can no longer text dirty. - We went to Costco and spent $110 on diapers, wipes, batteries, and frozen chicken. - I meant to exercise, but didn’t. - Dan and I got in a fight over the phone and I hung up on him, then felt bad for being a jerk and apologized. - I wrote 8 pages in my book.
