Out stumping
Gratuitous pudgy baby shot: We’ve moved into the finger food stage, which Adam is finding delightful. He also admires the magical chair from whence said finger food is acquired and wants to be in there now, now, NOW!! Textures. Mmmm, gooey! The reason for all this cuteness pandering is either my analytics program lies or you are a very quiet bunch. Comments, people! I need comments! I don’t care if you want to say something about the blog, something about yourselves, or if you just give a weather report, c’mon, make my day. (Unless you’re going to tell me I suck, you can just keep that one to yourself.) I’ll start. Overcast, cold, and a little snowy.

Well, this morning is in the high 40’s and overcast. Then it was rainy. Now it’s sunny and there is nary a cloud in the sky.
No wonder I feel like I’m getting sick.

Cloudy, rainy, low 30’s. Blech.
I love me some comments too, though I have to say I’m guilty of being a lazy blog reader, sometimes, failing to pop the page out of my feed reader and comment.

Okay, okay…I loved your post about Amy wondering about having a boyfriend. I think I’m going to copy your list into a letter to give to my girls when they turn 12. The sad thing is, I can remember my mother saying many of those things to me, but what do mothers know anyway? They are soooo old!
As for your thoughts on marrying young, I couldn’t agree more. Sadly, as I flipped through the Young Women’s manual for this year, I saw that several lessons this year will focus on the topic. Do you think I’d get into trouble if I told the girls that there’s no hurry to grow up? I’m convinced that young women dream of a wedding (pretty white dress, flowers, gifts, cake and beautiful photographs), but haven’t the slightest idea what a marriage is. (lots of work, lots of compromise)

tell your daughters that marriage is like alcoholism…you take it one day at a time.

Weather here: quite the same as yours, of course.
He’s looking more and more grown up every time I see pictures. Wow!

They keep talking about this cold front that is going through right now. We might get down to freezing tonight.
