Sunrise, Sunset

I must be getting old, I’m starting to feel sentimental. Either that or my meds haven’t kicked in yet.

You guys, this was yesterday! At least it feels like yesterday…

Mia - age 1

Dancing girls

It sounds like such a cliche but time really does go by so quickly. I enjoy my girls now at ages 9 and 7, but sometimes I really miss my babies.

I know exactly what you mean…Reed will be 12 this year and I still think of him as my little boy. (Much to his dismay!) We still call Renee “baby girl” and she’s 4. Time is passing much too quickly. I’m not ready for my children to grow up yet…is there any way to stop it?

It is CRAZY how fast time goes, and how we never get it back. It has been a very strange experience to assimilate Jackson with the “big kids,” but I know he will be soon, once the new baby arrives. I do still call him baby, though, at least for a little while longer.

They’re NINE and SEVEN?? Good heavens, where the heck does the time go??
